Our History

Wakarusa Heavy Equipment began in 2008 with just a few pieces of equipment and a vision: to build a heavy equipment dealership rooted in honesty, hard work, and treating people right.

As an authorized Takeuchi dealership, we grew our new and pre-owned inventory year after year, and in time opened a second location in Waterloo, Indiana to better serve customers across the region. Today we're thankful to have hundreds of high-quality machines available for rental, sale, service, and parts.

Our founder remains in the business to this day, and his vision continues to guide how we operate. Our commitment to treating others the way we want to be treated is rooted in our faith, and we strive to let our light shine before others, as it says in Matthew 5:16.

From those first few machines to where we are today, one thing hasn't changed: our commitment to providing top-quality equipment at a reasonable price, backed by people you can trust.
