Why Hamilton Contractors Choose Us
Equipment for Hamilton Lake and Beyond
Hamilton is built around Hamilton Lake on the Steuben and DeKalb County line, so lake-home builds, shoreline access, and landscaping are a big share of the work here, along with farm projects. Mini excavators and compact track loaders fit narrow lake lots without tearing up the yard, and skid steers with attachments handle cleanup and grading.
At just 9 miles from our Waterloo location, a quick machine swap or service question never costs you half a day. Our in-house service department backs every rental, so questions get answered by people who work on these machines every day. And because we're a factory-authorized Takeuchi dealer, genuine parts and trained technicians are right here, not a special order away.

Customer Testimonials
"I usually work on my own equipment. My Takeuchi Skid Steer had a few issues that had compiled, and eventually it developed a no crank no start issue. Me and my buddies spent days trying to figure it out. I finally dropped it off to Wakarusa, and they figured it out way quicker than I expected, way more things than I even realized were bad, and for an incredibly reasonable rate. These guys are quick and I will certainly be back! I may even take stuff to them before I try to fix it myself next time."
