Why Rochester Contractors Choose Us
Serving the Fulton County Seat on Lake Manitou
Rochester is the Fulton County seat, set on Lake Manitou and surrounded by farmland. That means a mix of lake-home and landscaping projects, commercial work in town, and farm drainage and building pads. Mini excavators and compact track loaders fit tight lake lots, while dozers and excavators handle larger site and farm work.
It's about 47 miles from our Wakarusa location, so call ahead and we'll have your machine ready, or ask about delivery. Our in-house service department backs every rental, so questions get answered by people who work on these machines every day. And because we're a factory-authorized Takeuchi dealer, genuine parts and trained technicians are right here, not a special order away.

Customer Testimonials
"I usually work on my own equipment. My Takeuchi Skid Steer had a few issues that had compiled, and eventually it developed a no crank no start issue. Me and my buddies spent days trying to figure it out. I finally dropped it off to Wakarusa, and they figured it out way quicker than I expected, way more things than I even realized were bad, and for an incredibly reasonable rate. These guys are quick and I will certainly be back! I may even take stuff to them before I try to fix it myself next time."
