Which hydraulic hammer fits my excavator?

Hammers are sized by carrier weight. We stock breakers for 18,000 lb backhoes and small excavators, for 25,000 to 35,000 lb machines and for 45,000 to 55,000 lb machines. Running a hammer that is too big for the excavator is unsafe and too small wastes time. Give us your machine's operating weight and pin size and we will send the right hammer and mounting bracket.

Will your buckets fit my mini excavator?

Our assorted mini excavator buckets are set up for the Takeuchi machines in our fleet. Other brands often use different pin diameters and spacing, so send us your make, model and pin size before you come in and we will tell you whether a bucket or an adapter will work.

Can I rent an excavator and a hammer together?

Yes, and it is the easiest way to do it. We will match the hammer to the excavator, mount it before delivery and send the bucket along so you can switch between breaking and digging on site. Delivery is available throughout Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan and Northwest Ohio from our Wakarusa and Waterloo yards.
